“Amy Pachera took the sale of our home very seriously and did a great job marketing it during the COVID19 pandemic. She was honest about what we were going to list the house for, knowing that it might be the most expensive home in the neighborhood or not a great location according to some folks. She met our requirements of not having "open houses", realtors and buyers wearing booties/masks and not allowing people to view home who weren't pre-qualified to purchase. She kept us in the loop on any interested buyers inquiries. She also forwarded us the notes (good & bad) from potential buyers who visted our home. I appreciated her help in getting our home ready to sell and all of the resources that she had at her fingertips, especially Tom, her Handy Man and her maid service that helped make our home spotless for viewing and final sale. It was also nice that she let me give her names of potential interested buyers that we knew that she could contact on our behalf. Even though our home was on the market from start to finish approximately 50 days, we are very happy with final sale price, the closing process and the overall experience of selling a home.
